Music is part of the fabric of humans.
Throughout the history of man music has been there especially as part of man’s recreational entertainment and it is the major artistic invention which is used by man today to yield different effects according to the situation that a person deems possible; that is why music is a powerful tool in our lives.
To some people, the effect of music is used to define their existence and to identify their culture and heritage.
It also affects the manner in which humans behave, learn or act. That could be the reason why we spend several hour daily listening to artistic compositions of music. Needless to say that music has effects on our moods, intelligence and general productivity.
There are times that we use music to educate about the different facets of life that we face, and times when we use music to express our emotions or to unite people.
Putting music aside for a sec… – I love helping people
I was once playing some lovely music at the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation about 5 months ago, when a little old lady named Margret had came up to me and told me her grandson, Adam, age 29, weighing about 424 lbs, was suffering from obesity, as she knew I was a pretty well-known personal trainer in the past. He needed my help pretty bad. Apparently a few years ago, he used to always work out every day, had rock hard abs, and went on different diet plans when one day, he and his wife got a divorce and he became depressed and gained a whole mess of weight.
To this day, I have been training with him and teaching him several exercises, along with some helpful diets. It’s been four and half months since he started going to the gym with me and he had lost 154 lbs in total, which now he weighs 270. He is pretty close to his goal weight as he is aiming for 220.
He is the most motivated, hard-working person I have ever known.
This website was initially set up in late 2002 and operated through to early 2011 by a musician with a stage name, Silken, and used it to redirect to his CD which he had produced and they include Illusions of Light, Ping, Sculptor and Dreamlife.
I created and published contents which concern the impact and the effects of music in our lives. Below there are various posts which I’ve published and you can access them by clicking on the categories as listed below…
